Payment Policy

Upon booking your trip, a 20% deposit is required.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the trip start date.

You may request that the remaining 80% be paid in two installments, provided that the full amount is settled 30 days before departure.

For bookings made within 30 days of the trip start date, full payment is required at the time of booking. Please note that prices may be subject to increase for late bookings.

For certain special trips, different payment terms may apply and will be communicated accordingly.

If payment is not completed by the scheduled deadline, The Egyptian Escapade reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund of any amount already paid.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If a cancellation is made more than 4 months prior to departure, all payments will be refunded except the 20% deposit.

The deposit may be refunded at our discretion.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

If a cancellation is made less than 3 months before departure, no refund will be issued.

The Egyptian Escapade reserves the right to cancel a trip if the minimum number of participants is not met.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 14 days.

Insurance

We strongly advise all travelers to arrange appropriate travel insurance prior to departure.

Please review what coverage may already be included with your credit card and/or home insurance policy, noting that coverage varies by provider.

Full policy details can be obtained directly from your insurance or credit card company.

Miscellaneous

The accuracy of passenger names and contact details is the responsibility of the traveler and must match the passport exactly.

It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure that their passport is valid and to obtain all required travel documents, visas, and entry permits.

Once the deposit or full payment (for late bookings) has been received, travelers must email a copy of their passport to allow us to complete the necessary arrangements.

Upon receipt of the deposit, we will provide detailed pre-departure information, including — but not limited to — packing advice, weather expectations, and other essential travel details.
